Yes. Two laundry rooms with coin-operated washing and drying machines are on site.

Yes. Houston Metro has bus stop at our Bellaire Blvd. gate. There are bus stops of four different routes within 200 yards.

What do I need to apply for an apartment?
You need to fill up the rental lease application. In addition to rental application, we require proof of income, photo identification, and an application processing fee.
An application must be completed by each person 18 years or older, who will be living in the apartment and / or is on the lease agreement. Once your application is approved, a security deposit will reserve an apartment.
IDENTIFICATION: each applicant must provide a valid government issued photo ID.
Do you offer flexible lease terms?
Yes. Besides 12-month and 6-month standard leases, shorter term lease can be arranged depending on availability.
What utilities are included in the rent?
Water, gas, garbage pickup, and parking are included in the rent. You are responsible for electricity connection, phone and Internet access if needed. All apartments are centrally air-conditioned.
